Delivery conditions

The goods will be delivered to the address you specified.

When the goods are received from the suppliers, depending on the delivery time of the goods, the goods will be sent out from the warehouse and you will receive an e-mail with this information. From the moment of receiving such e-mail, you will receive the order within 1-2 working days. The shipping fee is 3.95 EUR.

The shipping price is the same, regardless of the size or weight of the item, unless there is free shipping information separately.

OMNIVA courier:

Goods are delivered to any address within the borders of Latvia.

Delivery is made on working days and during working hours.

In the Baltic countries, the courier service must inform the addressee about the delivery of the courier product by phone or by text message and/or e-mail, if the additional service “delivery to a private customer” has been ordered.

If the first delivery attempt in the Republic of Latvia was unsuccessful, the second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day.

A shipment that cannot be delivered to the recipient will be sent to a parcel or sorting center, where it will be stored for 7 calendar days. After this period, the shipment is returned to the sender.

After receiving a text message or email notification, go to your parcel account
Select your language by touching the screen, then select “Receive Shipment”
Enter the door code received in the text message / email on the screen
If you receive a post-paid shipment, pay for it using a payment card
Remove the package from the open locker
Close the locker door and confirm receipt of the shipment by pressing the “Confirm” button on the screen
If you paid for the shipment when you received it, you can also print a receipt
